Resources

In our classrooms, interactive whiteboards and appropriate software or highly visual internet resources support our whole school multisensory teaching approach in all subject areas.

In years 7 and 8, with adequate touch typing skills, our pupil use laptops in class to prepare them for the opportunity to do so in later years and at University.

Class resources are all chosen with dyslexic and dyspraxic children in mind. Textbooks are highly visual, rulers have grips to hold, and maths equipment is highly tactile and colourful.

Computer programmes and whiteboard software are very carefully chosen.
